The space
The main floor features a king bed, a full living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and dine in.
A cozy loft with a full bed is the perfect retreat for a second guest — or a quiet reading spot. Soak in the tub after a day of hiking, gather at the outdoor dining table, or settle in for a board game by the fire. The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably across two sleeping areas plus the couch.
Guest access
Full access to the cabin and the surrounding property, including the deck, fire pit, and outdoor spaces. Easy self check-in via keypad.
Other things to note
On years with good rainfall, the Lake Fort Smith reservoir comes into full view from the deck — genuinely something special. The cabin sits between Mountainburg and Winslow, 5 minutes from the state park, and under 45 minutes from Fayetteville and Fort Smith. There's no washer or dryer on site; a laundromat is nearby.
